This Refund Policy applies to all services sold on this website. We do not sell physical products. All offerings are service-based travel planning packages and digital deliverables such as PDFs, written summaries, consultation support, and booking-related travel documents.
1. General Policy
Because our services are personalised and delivered digitally, refund eligibility depends on the stage of work, whether the deliverable has already been sent, and whether any third-party travel supplier work has been started.
We aim to handle all refund requests fairly and in line with UK consumer law. Services must be carried out with reasonable care and skill, and digital content must be of satisfactory quality and as described.
2. Before Work Begins
If you cancel before we begin work on your order, you are normally entitled to a full refund.
Work is considered to have started when we begin research, drafting, planning, preparing your PDF, or processing your travel request.
3. After Work Has Started
Once work has started, refunds may be reduced or declined depending on how much of the service has already been completed.
Because our services are personalised, part of the value may already have been delivered once research or drafting begins.
4. After Delivery
Once the service has been completed and the digital deliverable has been emailed or otherwise provided to you, the order is generally non-refundable, except where:
- the service was not delivered as described;
- there is a material error caused by us;
- a refund is required by law.
5. Travel Planning Packages and Digital Reports
For services such as travel search reports, destination shortlists, budget sheets, comparison summaries, readiness checklists, and international travel packages, refund eligibility depends on whether the report or pack has already been prepared.
If the PDF or written deliverable has already been completed and sent, the service is generally non-refundable unless the deliverable is missing or materially incorrect.
6. Third-Party Travel Elements
Where your request involves third-party suppliers such as airlines, hotels, transport providers, or booking platforms, refund rights may also depend on those supplier terms.
If third-party work has already been started, submitted, or confirmed, part or all of the fee may become non-refundable.
7. Distance Selling and Cancellation Rights
For online and other distance contracts, consumers usually have a 14-day right to cancel. If you ask us to start work during that cancellation period, your cancellation rights may be affected in line with the applicable legal rules. For digital content, the customer must also be properly informed and must give the required confirmation where immediate delivery begins. If the required information is not provided, the cancellation right can remain available for longer.
8. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, email us with:
- your full name;
- your order reference, if available;
- the service purchased;
- the reason for the request; and
- any relevant supporting information.

9. Refund Method
Approved refunds will normally be sent back to the original payment method used for the purchase.
10. Processing Time
We strive to review all refund requests as promptly as possible. Once your refund application is approved, the refund will be processed and credited to your original payment method within 3–5 working days, in compliance with applicable consumer protection regulations.

Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights under UK law.
