Delivery times are estimates unless a fixed timeframe is clearly stated. If we need additional information from you before starting the work, delivery may be delayed until that information is received.

7. Customer Responsibilities

We are not responsible for delays, errors, or unsuitable recommendations caused by incomplete or inaccurate information supplied by you.

8. Your Statutory Rights

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions affects your statutory rights under UK law.

For services, UK consumer law provides that services must be performed with reasonable care and skill, and information provided about the service can become binding where it was relied on by the consumer.

For digital content, UK consumer law includes rights relating to digital content being as described and of satisfactory quality.

For distance contracts, consumers generally have a 14-day right to cancel, subject to applicable legal exemptions and any properly obtained consent where a service starts during the cancellation period. If the cancellation information is not properly provided, the cancellation period may be extended under UK rules.

9. Cancellation and Refunds

Refund eligibility is governed by our Refund Policy and by any applicable statutory rights.

In general:

  • refunds may be available before work begins;
  • once work has started on a personalised service, refunds may be limited or unavailable;
  • once a deliverable has been sent by email or downloaded, the service may become non-refundable except where required by law.

Where a refund is approved, it will be returned to the original payment method unless otherwise agreed.

10. Personalised and Digital Services

Many of our services are personalised and produced specifically for the customer’s request. Because of that, the final deliverable may not be reused, resold, or transferred.

You agree that the service is being prepared specifically for your request and details.

11. Third-Party Travel Suppliers

Where our service involves reference to airlines, hotels, transport providers, travel platforms, or other third-party suppliers, those suppliers are independent of MJI TRAVELS LTD.

We are not responsible for:

  • supplier availability or pricing changes;
  • supplier cancellations or amendments;
  • delays caused by third parties;
  • losses caused by the actions or omissions of third-party providers.

Any third-party terms and conditions will apply in addition to our own terms.

12. No Guarantee of Availability or Outcome

We do not guarantee that a particular destination, package, price, or supplier option will remain available at the time you decide to book.

Any recommendations, summaries, or comparison reports are based on the information available at the time of preparation.

13. Prohibited Use

You must not use this website or our services for unlawful, misleading, abusive, or fraudulent activity.

We may suspend or refuse service if we believe the website is being used in a way that is harmful, unlawful, or inconsistent with these Terms.
